New Student Enrollment/Registration Online

Note : Online admission process will start from 11:00 am onward on date 18/06/2018.

New student admitting to GEC have to Enroll/Register online only. There is no printed application form for new student Enrolment/Registration.

After obtaining ADMISSION/ ADMIT CARD at Directorate of Technical Education candidate need to register online at the link OR (click on Admission 2018 link) before visiting the college for enrollment/registration. Fill in all data in online application below and take two printout copies of duly filled online Registration form to Goa College of Engineering for enrolment to first semester of Engineering.

Before filling the application form the candidate should have scanned image of following documents.

Scanned copy of his/her photograph* - (jpg/JPEG format size should not be more than 30kB) (Width: 131Px; Hieght: 127Px ;)

Scanned copy of signature* (jpg/JPEG format size should not be more than 30kB)

Scanned copy of admit card issued by DTE.* (jpg/JPEG/PDF format, size < 400KB)

Scanned copy of 12th Standard marks card*. (jpg/JPEG/PDF format, size < 400KB)

Scanned copy of 10th Standard marks card* (jpg/JPEG/PDF format, size < 400KB)

Scanned copy of Income certificate (if Applicable) (jpg/JPEG/PDF format, size < 400KB)

Scanned copy of Cast certificate ( If Applicable) (jpg/JPEG/PDF format, size < 400KB)

These scanned images are to be uploaded during the submission of enrollment/registration form. The photograph should be colored. The name of the candidate and his/her parents name in the enrollment/registration form must exactly be the same as registered in Class 12th/ equivalent qualifying Examination. No prefix/title such as Mr/Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs/Smt/Col etc should be used.

The candidates must have their own personal and valid email id. They are also advised to have their own mobile number. The candidates are advised to retain the same mobile number and email-id in use which they are furnishing in the application form because the important information will be given to the candidates through SMS or e-mail.

Registration/ Enrollment Procedure

  • After Reading procedure click on Register button located below which will open pre-verification form where candidate need to enter GCETNO,DOB(Date of Birth),MoOBILE NO and Email ID and submit the form.
  • On Submission system will take you to next step where you need to enter OTP.
  • The system will check the candidate credentials from the GCET data base and if data are correct OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to registered mobile number and email id.
  • Candidate need to enter OTP in the online form appearing on the screen.
  • On successful submission of correct OTP, New Student Registration form will get open on the screen. The candidate needs to fill all details. Also need to upload the scanned copies of Photographs and other documents mentioned above.
  • After uploading all documents submit the form. On successful submission of the form student will receive SMS and email containing Enrollment Number.
  • Click on the print button and print/save the copy of the submitted application form. Student can take print out after submission by entering enrollment number received by SMS on mobile. This printed copy of the enrollment form to be taken to college for submission along with other documents mentioned at ANNEXURE -I
  • Visit link and fill the anti ragging affidavit online and submit.
  • Take the print out of the online submitted anti ragging affidavit and sign yourself and take the signature of the parent/ guardian.
  • Student Can take the print out of Application form by clicking on Registered Student list button


Student should carry two copies of following documents to college for registration

Copy of the online submitted student registration form duly signed by the student.

Copy of admit card issued by DTE.*

Copy of the admission fee paid receipt*

Copy of 12th Standard marks card *.

Copy of 10th Standard marks card.*

Copy of anti-ragging affidavit duly filled and submitted online signed by students and parent/guardian.

Attendance undertaking duly signed by candidate & Parent/Guardian*

Copy of Income certificate (if Applicable only, if you are admitted on ---- category/quota)

copy of Cast certificate (Applicable only if you have been admitted on SC/ST/OBC category/quota)
